President James Arrington Smith lists, as one of his top priorities to position the company for continued changes in the marketplace. We know that quality of performance depends upon knowledge and dedicated people, adequately paid and adequately supported to permit them the time and freedom to insure superior performance. The entire RRWS organizational structure is geared for quick response, whether to an operational problem which requires immediate attention or an opportunity to expand the Corporation. A small, highly experienced and close corporate staff contributes to this flexibility and responsiveness. It is a corporate policy to visit each contract location frequently and hold "how-goes-it" meetings with management and all employees. The emphasis in these meetings is on production, quality control and techniques for improving contract performance." |
