The entire RRWS organizational structure is geared for quick response, whether to an operational problem which requires immediate attention or an opportunity to expand the Corporation.

It is a corporate policy to visit each contract location frequently and hold "how-goes-it" meetings with management and all employees. The emphasis in these meetings is on production, quality control and techniques for improving contract performance."
