All billing inquires and to request service for customers who reside in the City and within the five mile ETJ, please call City Hall at (830) 774-8505.

Online bill pay is only available to customers who are directly billed (Roll Off and Customers Outside the five mile ETJ) by RR Waste Solutions. All residential and commercial customers located within City limits and within the five mile ETJ will be billed by the City of Del Rio. Note: Customers who reside in the ETJ and who do not receive city service (water and sewer services) are FREE TO CHOOSE THEIR WASTE PROVIDER.
